Ava Sharifian and Tim Eischen blend their focus in design and construction to help maintain and enrich the beauty of their hometown and be a positive force in the growth of the city.

Tim was fortunate to have been exposed to the trade from his father and a few other local veterans who instilled in him the importance of quality work from start to finish. From a very young age, he was no stranger to a job site.

Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the Jackson School of Geosciences at The University of Texas and has worked with The Nature Conservancy, Pease Park Conservancy, Hill Country Conservancy, The Trail Conservancy, The Austin Parks Foundation, and The Travis Audubon Society. He sees the importance of open spaces as the city grows and continues to be involved in that part of shaping Austin’s future as well.

Ava is the mastermind behind the spotlight—the conductor of the orchestra—making sure everything runs like clockwork, down to the last detail. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas and a Master of Arts from Texas State University. With a background in art and psychology, she has an uncanny ability to read the room—and the client. While she sees the full vision, it’s her eye for detail that ensures everything gets done right the first time.

Together, along with their outstanding sub-contractors, Eischen’s General Contracting, LLC upholds and preserves the tradition of construction with the utmost integrity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
