Ava Sharifian and Tim Eischen blend their focus in design and construction to help maintain and enrich the beauty of their hometown and be a positive force in the growth of the city.

Tim was fortunate to have been exposed to the trade from his father and a few other local veterans who instilled in him the importance of quality work from start to finish. From a very young age, he was no stranger to a job site.

Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the Jackson School of Geosciences at The University of Texas and has worked with The Nature Conservancy, Pease Park Conservancy, Hill Country Conservancy, The Trail Conservancy, The Austin Parks Foundation, and The Travis Audubon Society. He sees the importance of open spaces as the city grows and continues to be involved in that part of shaping Austin’s future as well.

Ava received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas and a Master of Arts degree from Texas State and uses her knowledge to incorporate the desires of clients with artistic design and functionality. Her keen sense of the environment surrounding a project allows her to approach the vision from a broad perspective, while also adding an individual touch to the finest of details.

Together, along with their outstanding sub-contractors, Eischen’s General Contracting, LLC upholds and preserves the tradition of construction with the utmost integrity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
